Description: This astonishing 3 story villa is based within a completely privatized complex in Lastva Grbaljska. There are two entrances leading to the complex from the main road. Both gates of the entrances are electronic and may be opened only with a remote. The rest of the complex is surrounded by tall trees and greenery as a fence from the outside, and every villa within the complex has its own private garden that is enclosed with the same.

The complex consists of a parking lot that is intended for the guest, and another that is only for the owners of the property.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms, both having a terrace overlooking the greenery of the complex and pool.

On the second floor is the master bedroom, and the biggest out of three. It also has its own terrace with a beautiful view, and amazing breeze and brightness.

Each floor has its own bathroom. The house is furnished and equipped with modern and high-quality Italian furniture.

This is an ideal house for a big family as it posses all the amenities required and needed. It is located approximately 5 - 10min drive to beach Jaz and Ploce and 15min away from the city center of Budva. Stores and cafes are 5min away next to the main road.
